What doesn't kill you makes you Stronger!!!

So I am taking Tennis lessons...:D

Well I have never been into sports, any sport. Not even watching them. I am a lazy bum you know!!!
Except Cricket, I watch that. Every Indian does that..:D..comes with being an Indian..:D..
So two weeks n m gonna be a pro Tennis player..who m I kidding..:p.2 classes down n my instructor thinks I can screw everything, even the basic grip.
Couldn't get the damn ball hit the racket ,forget about me hitting the ball across the court.
Still today was some improvement since yesterday. Apparently I can hit backhand better than forehand..:D..
But all that practice, stupid postures, hitting , not hitting balls has left me with arms and legs feeling AS IF they are filled with lead..:D..every pore of my body hurts..hurts badly..but more on that later..Have next week and half to whine about that..
I am currently reading "The Grey God" from "War of God" series..Now don't laugh on my choice book. Not Shakespearean material. But something is better than anything, n its quite interesting..must say...
so dozing off with my novel...lemme get some Bengay for my aching muscles..:D....ciao...

My Little Pony - Day spent at Farrel McWhirter Farm

All those who know our kiddo, knows how crazy he's about HORSES!!! So in spirit of fueling his imagination I enrolled him in My Little Pony Class held by Redmond  Parks and Recreation. The class was held at Farrel McWhirter Farm. You can enroll for the class through their website  http://www.redmond.gov/ParksRecreation  and  http://www.redmond.gov/ParksRecreation/farrel-mcwhirter_farm_park_programs/ Our class was scheduled for 9.30 am and we got there much earlier. It helped the Cowboy to get settled in and check out the animals.  He came all dressed up in a cowboy hat(from his halloween costume). There were cows, pigs, bunnies, sheep, chickens n new little goat babies :)...                                                          This was our pony....aaaa..I forgot her name....

Making Ghee (Clarified Butter) - From Butter

Indian Cuisine use Ghee in nearly every dish from savory Pulao/Biryanis to sweet Mithayis.  Traditionally in India Ghee is made from Cow's milk. Ghee has always been a sacred and celebrated symbol of auspiciousness, nourishment and healing; especially in the daily rituals of cooking and worship. It is thought of free from all impurities, milk residues(Lactose free), and moisture(high shelf life).                                            My mum makes Ghee from full cream that she carefully stores for days.  But here in US we don't cream when we heat the milk . So now I make Ghee at home from Unsalted butter which is quick and easy. I get unsalted butter from Costco...no one can beat Costco for their prices n quality. Ghee is clarified butter. and there is some difference between the two. Here's the process I use the make Ghee. 1. Get Uns...
