Love is on my couch :)

So the project I finished yesterday took months in making..seriously....made a throw pillow...

It started with getting the right word...that represnted us..we chose love..we went global.."Amore" ~ its Italian for love...:)..


then came choosing fonts...n getting the right size pintouts...that took 2-3 months!!!!...I know..don't say it..:P...


Then tracing it on fabric of our choice(we went for d white burlap), embroidering it on wrong side and then redoing it took couple of months...
took a break of 4-5 months...needed that after that much work..:P

Got it in my mind to finish that damn thing yesterday...so it was done in few hours flat..:)





So what do you have to say about this??..liked it???
lemme know..would appreciate it..

Weekend is here..lotsa thing on my plate...lets see how much can I do...

Yosemite Shuffle

"You guys went hiking??"A guy asked us just when we leaving a restaurant. "Yes!!!" We said. "We call that Yosemite shuffle :)". He said laughing at us. Yosemite Shuffle " is what happens to you after you have hiked in Yosemite..You'll understand it once you have done it.. So we went to Yosemite this long weekend... n we hiked...n hiked..n hiked... We were there for 3 days in Yosemite. We did Panaroma Trail the first day.. Hiking Map(From Glacier Point to Happy Isles) If you are in Yosemite I would highly recommend doing this hike..Worth every scrape, blister, soreness. Even if you end up walking like a zombie,dragging ur feet for next week and half, go for it..!Thats the "Yosemite Shuffle" that guy was talking about..:D..I am a hiking newbie..I like small hikes, on flat surfaces..so this was a big step for me...really a big deal..:).. My Louboutins!!!

So what do you do when the NFL season starts and all you have on TV is Football, more football and a little Tennis thrown in between..??? Well!!!..you paint nails..simple..:) I love wearing nailpaints..I change it quite often..Hate chipped nailcolors..which make me change it more frequently..:D..Not big on fancy nailarts..the phool-patti designs are simply not for..:P..For me nailart means painted tips, maybe some stripes if m being adventurous..You get it..right?? So when I saw Adele(I soo dig her red lips) wearing a shimmery silver nailpaint with crimson painted on back of nails,I was a gonner.She matched the sparkles of her shoes with her nailpaint, and the back of nailpaint matched the signature Louboutin sole..I think the idea is fun..
