I had a Happy Wala b'day...!!!!

Howdy people...how was the weekend..??
Well I know its tuesday already...But it was my B'day yesterday..so I took a day off..:D..
Thats one benefit of havin a blog, write whenever I want..:)
B'days are fun..always loved em..whether they are mine or we are celebrating someone else's..:)
Also B'days in US are more fun..It starts from Indian 12am and ends 11.59 pm Pacific time...2 days of fun..
My sweet hubby worked hard to make it extra special for me..Took me shopping..I coerced him to buy a watch for himself..took me for haircut..got his too..baked my cupcakes, the hot weather ruined the icing, decorated the room with baloons, I saw him decorating..:d..got me icecream cake..:)..He's a sweetheart I tell u..:)

Celebrated b'day on sunday ~ a day before!!! Its more easy on frens that way...I wore the red kurta that my mum sent me for b'day...Got 2 chickan ka kurtas..just got rich..:)..I wanted to go to a Indian place for the masala wala food..Got my wish..even my frens are sweethearts..ate like a pig still wanted more..came back home for the cake cutting..

We didn't planned anything for us for b'day..Earlier we thought we'll stay at home n have aquite meal together..We just went to the beach...had a great time there..Seeing the sun set kinda calms u..it soo beautiful..Evertime there are different colors..We got to see the sun in all glory..

Molten Gold!!!

On our way back to home, I realized that summer is going to end soon..So after going to n fro many times We decided to have dinner out...Went to a cute lakeside eatery..Sitting there out with cool breeze flwing, with all d vibrant energy around, thats was just the way I wanted...Beautiful end to a absolutely wonderfull day...!!!

I'm livin' in a house of love

So today I would like to share a little project I did a couple of days back... I am in love with love...:)..n I love taking photographs..So this project is the combination of two.. So for starters here's one more strip from love is .. series... We have a very narrow gallery wall in front our coat closet. Earlier I wanted to put some frames of our favorite photographs. But with only the frames, the wall looked a little empty. so I came up with the idea of adding something extra. I saw something similar on a blog  n wanted to make one for our home..Here's what I did.. 1. So I started with old newspaper,tissue papers, old printouts, catalogues, magazines, coupon booklet..anything that u fancy works...lotsa them...n a pair of scissors, some glue , threads..cut lotsa hearts the little ones, big ones, skinny ones, fat ones.. 2. Cut them free hand..drawing them takes more time and also its more fun cutting them free hand.. 3. I like...
